Welcome to the newcomersHave you tried over and over again to control your eating and weight, but nothing has worked? Compulsive overeating, under-eating, food addiction, anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, or over exercising … no matter your challenge with food or body image, you are welcome here.
Overeaters Anonymous (OA) is a Twelve-Step Fellowship much like Alcoholics Anonymous. It’s not just about weight loss, weight gain or maintenance, obesity or diets—the program offers physical, emotional and spiritual recovery for those who suffer from compulsive eating. |

Monthly Intergroup Business Meeting

Sea to Sky Intergroup exists to serve the needs of its member groups by providing resources – such as this website, a digital meeting directory, recovery events, and more – that support individual and group recovery from compulsive eating. To do this, our Intergroup meets for a business meeting once a month to check-in on the health of our local meeting groups and to discuss ongoing recovery activities and support services.
